Shipping

We are a small independent business with two members of staff. Orders are fulfilled Mondays and Tuesdays every week, so please be aware that shipping times are based on those days, not necessarily the day you order.

Returns Policy

We are confident that you will enjoy whatever you buy from Ippuku tea. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any of our products, please return them to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund you in full (excluding any postage costs). Please be sure to email us beforehand if you do wish to return any goods.

EU customers are also entitled to a statutory cooling off period of 7 days.
