1. Put a teaspoon of Matcha powder into a bowl (or a mug), pour hot water (about 80ml) and whisk until it becomes frothy. You can pour less hot water if you would like more milky flavour.
2. Pour 1 cup of milk into a sauce pan and heat it over medium heat. Do not boil fully.
3. Pour 2/3 of the milk into the bowl and use the rest of the milk in the sauce pan to create a froth with a whisk/frother and pour it into the bowl. If you don't have a frother, just pour all the milk into the bowl.
You can add some sugar or honey or use coconut milk or rice milk depending on your preference.
